All conference activities, including registration, will take place at the Lagymanyos Campus of Eotvos Lorand University (address: 1117 Budapest, Pazmany Peter setany 1/a).
During the time of the conference free coffee and fresh water will be available continously.
You can buy lunch tickets in advance (box lunch for 6 euro: various types of sandwiches, fruit, one can of soft drink, fresh salad, sweet for dessert). It is strongly recommended to take full advantage of this possibilty since there are no restaurants in the close vicinity of the conference venue.
We cannot anticipate the wheather conditions during the conference. The average daily maximum temperature is usually between 20-30 degrees centigrade at that time of the year. However, the evenings and the nights are almost always cool with a temperature around 15-20 Co. At that time of the year daylight is from about 6 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.
Members meeting will be held in the Main Hall of building of Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
